HOW CAN I ORDER?
Ordering can be as simple as contacting us through our website, or social media pages. Once you have placed your order an invoice will be created and provided. Orders are placed monthly but most distributors have stock on hand- Just ask!
CAN YOU SHIP TO ME?
Due to the unpredictability of post we are unable to safely ship our frozen product. In most cases delivery can be arranged and pick up is always an option.
I'D LIKE TO TRY SOME FOOD BUT I'M NOT SURE IF MY DOG WILL LIKE IT. CAN YOU ACCOMODATE THIS?
YES! We offer free samples to try, and if you do make a purchase and it ends up not working out- No worries! We will buy back every unopened LB!
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PACKAGED?
Our grinds come in 1lb tubes and are packaged into 40lb cases. 2lb tubes can be available by requests at no extra charge. There is no minimum required order amount.
HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO FEED MY DOG?
Raw feeding is based on an ideal weight. We recommend starting at 2% of ideal body weight for average energy/activity. Adjust from there depending on body condition- Some dogs need more, some need less so always...
